Legal Question in Criminal Law in New Jersey
Emails
I went in under my ex's email address and read mail of his and also replied to one. Just saying to the woman to get a life. I also sign in under Yahoo under a different name and sent the same woman nasty emails not threating ones just telling her to mind her own business and that she failed her Noveember exam because she is a loser and that she uses her friends and that they are beginning to see through her. I used my internet from work since I don't have internet at home. (What kind of trouble am I looking at) My ex has claimed he will file a criminal suit to see whos IP address was used to send the emails and access his account. This all comes from a horrible break-up.
Thank you

Re: Emails
You had better get yourself under control or you will be needing the services of a criminal lawyer.
If a criminal charge is filed against you you should get an attorney. I have extensive experience handling criminal cases.
