Legal Question in Criminal Law in New Jersey
I was being entertained by an undercover officer in a strip club and have the following questions:
Did the Police conduct fall below the legal standards by buying us alcoholic drinks, tipping and putting money down the stripper's bras on the officers behalf, introducing me to strippers, and enticing me with sexual favors and financial favors. Is this type of behavior allowed under the law?
Were my due process rights violated because of egregious conduct by the undercover officer?
Did the undercover officer act illegally by pimping and pandering?

You seem to be leaving some important fact out. Were you arrested and, if so, for what? Paying
for sexual favors can be prostitution.
