Legal Question in Criminal Law in New Jersey

erasing arrest record

If someone was arrested for shop lifting at the age of 20 or 21 and then lives a clean life into their 40's, is it possible to get the arrest info erased from their records? If so how?

A petition for expungement must be filed with the Superior Court of New Jersey in the county where the criminal offense was charged.

Call me if you like. I have done many

expungements for people.

Re: erasing arrest record

You can apply for an Expungement. It is a fairly complicated process, so you should probably consult with a lawyer to make sure it is done properly. I am an attorney who has handled many cases similar to yours in the past. Please contact me to discuss your case in more detail. I never charge for simply talking to a person about their case. Thank you.

Sincerely yours, -Ronald Aronds, Esq.-
