can some one put charges on you after they spent 2&half months in jail then get out and make a report of 2 unreported incidents and then press charges and say the incidents occured on 3 seperate dates and at the address were you used to stay at but you was not living no where around that area at the time the victim say you assaulted her at and i have proof from my new lease were i was residing at then she stated she did not report the incidents and it was no injuries reported but when she gets out of jail months later then im being charged with the 2 unreported incidents plus a new charge of leaving messages on her cell phone and on her mother house phone

This charge obviously could be brought against you because it was brought against you. What you are describing are possible defenses to the charges. The answer is that a complaint for a disorderly persons offense can be filed within a year after the alleged occurrence of the offense. You need an attorney.
