expunge

1997-1198 I had a TBD charge, which I received probation for--name removed--They said I could have the record expunged after a year--name removed--Was filed in Bergan county--name removed--Please tell me how this can be done--name removed--I mght lose my job if It is not done--name removed--Also the cost--name removed--I have the case number and dates.

Re: expunge

A petition for expungement has to be filed with Superior Court in New Jersey. The expungement takes about three or four months. The fee is $1,100.00 including the filing fee.
