expungement
i was arrested on 12--name removed--08 but when--name removed--went to court all charges against me were dropped--name removed--name removed--am starting--name removed--new job on monday which--name removed--am sure--name removed--will need to do finger prints will that come out and how do--name removed--expunge that. The charges had to do with drugs supposely--name removed--had helped but charges were dropped no case

Your post was so chopped up that it is hard to follow, but it seems that you were arrested on a drug charge that was later dismissed. You are concerned that the arrest will show on a background check and you want to have it expunged.

Even though the charges against you were dropped you still have an arrest record that needs to be expunged. I am an attorney who has handled many cases similar to yours in the past.
