expungement
i was charged with possession of marijuanna (112g)with intent to distribute and was sentence to 4 year probation. I completed the probation. i was sentence to prob. on 2004 and completed on 2009. Am i eligible to get expungement. i think its felony conviction.

Re: expungement
You have to wait ten years after you complete your probation before you can apply for an expungement, or in your case in the year 2019.
