Re: expungement of record

You have to file a motion with the court. If it was a DP, you have to wait 5 years, or if it was a felony, you have to wait 10 years. There are some other issues too so I suggest you at least consult with an attorney.

My initial consultations are always free, so call me at 732/247/3340 to discuss your case.

Re: expungement of record

There is a lot of detailed paperwork that needs to be completed, if you are even qualified to apply for an expungement. I am an attorney who has handled many cases similar to yours in the past. Please contact me to discuss your case in more detail. I never charge for simply talking to a person about their case. Thank you.

Sincerely yours, -Ronald Aronds, Esq.-
