Legal Question in Criminal Law in New Jersey

Ex-wife charges me with harrassing my daughter

My ex-wife has charged me with harassment 2c:33-4B on behalf of my 15 year old daughter. She claims I attempted to ''shove'' my daughter out of my car after my daughter cursed and yelled at me in the car. Since then my ex-wife has denied me visitation with my daughter for the past 2 months and even changed my daughter's cell phone # so I can't have any contact with her. There is no restraining order or no contact condition. I have joint custody. Do I need to file a motion in Family Court for my visitation rights and can I ask for attoreny fees?
