I was release on R.O.R. , but I went to arrangement date and after that day I never when back, Can they charge with bail jumping?

Yes and they probably will. I suggest you get an attorney and try to work this out. You may be able to avoid the charge.

You could be charged with contempt of court, but you could restore your position with the court by calling the court and arranging to appear in court on the warrant with an attorney.

You have an active warrent for your arrest at this point, and any contact with the police (even a traffic stop or domestic incident) will result in your being arrested and held in custody.... however, if you make arrangements to turn yourself in, odds are we can minimize the potential damage (and possibly get bail reinstated). You need to contact a good lawyer (who is familiar with your county) right away!
