Failure to Appear/Warrant/last case
How long can they hold you in Jail for a Speeding Ticket and DWSuspended, if you haven't paid the ticket and it is about 2-3 years old??

Its the same answer as I gave you before. However, the warrant can lead to additional jail time for contempt of court for skipping out on court.

If you hire an attorney he should be able to prevent you from going to jail.
