There are numerous offenses that fall under 35-10a so I would need more information about your case. It could be anything from a disorderly persons offense all the way up to a 3rd degree crime where you will go to prison if convicted. On top of that, you will have to pay fines and probably lose your license. Because of that, I strongly suggest you get an attorney.
My initial consultations are always free, so call me at 732/247/3340 to discuss your case.

It depends on which drug is involved.
The subject offense is either a third degree crime punishable by up to five years in prison or a fourth degree crime punishable by up to 18 months in prison.
Call me if you like.

Heavy fines, possible jail time, and loss of your driver's license for some period of time. I am an attorney who has handled many cases similar to yours in various courts in NJ in the past. I would like to discuss your case with you in more detail. Please contact me at your convenience. I never charge for simply talking to a person about their case. Thank you.
