False Police Report

My Wife filed a false police report against me, she had my son say I put a knife to her throat when that didnt happen. I've been to court 4 times and she has not shown up, this happen 7 months ago and I want to file charges against her for filing a false police report. What is my 1st step?

Your next step is to hire an attorney who will charge you a reasonable fee to have your case dismised. As for charging her with a false police report you should contact the police AFTER the charge against you is dismissed.
