Re: falsely accused

You say that your son has a lawyer. Why don't you ask him these questions? If you have asked him these questions and find his answers unsatisfactory, you should call me to discuss your son's case.

Re: falsely accused

First, if you have a lawyer experienced in criminal law, they should be addressing these issues and preparing. It sounds as if you dont have confidence in his or her representation. If thats the case, you should find a new lawyer as these charges are very, very serious as I am sure you are aware.

In terms of preparation for trial, the lawyer should be having an investigator obtain information on the case, speaking with your son and going over his testimony.

I am a former assistant prosector with extensive experience in criminal law. However, it is difficult for me to comment on the case without reviewing the file. If you would like to speak with me, please contact my office at 908 486 3181. It would be best if we could meet in person to go over the file. I am out of the country until next week but would be willing to meet with you when I return. Please contact Matthew or Svetlana to arrange for an appointment should you wish to do so.

Thank you.

Re: falsely accused

Sorry about the delay in responding, but I have been out of state for the week until today. If you have a lawyer for your son, then he or she should be answering these questions. However, if you wish to switch lawyers I would be happy to speak with you then. Just for general information purposes, your son should not plead guilty to anything he didn't do. I have handled many criminal cases in various courts in New Jersey in the past. If you would like to discuss this case in more detail I can be reached at 908-272-0111. There is never any charge for simply talking about a case with me. Thank you.

Sincerely yours, -Ronald Aronds, Esq.-
