Legal Question in Criminal Law in New Jersey

my father has been calling the police because the neighbor makes too much noise, noe the neighbor is sending my dad to court for harrassment and provocking violence, my father is illegal will he get deported?

He should have an attorney

I practice in South Jersey and five county area of Philadelphia.

This could (and probably should) also be settled with neighborhood mediation which the courts do provide. This case seems like a perfect one for that approach and many of the issues you have concerns about might not even come up.
