Can you have a felony expunged from your record?

Is it possible to have a felony for marijuana with intent to distribute expunged from your record after a number of years?

I was arrested and charged in 03'

Can you have a felony expunged from your record?

SOME felonies can be expunged. Whether yours can be depends on numerous factors. These factors include what specifically you were charged with, what you were found guilty of, whether you were selling (as opposed to mere sharing), the quantity of marijuana involved, when you were sentenced (if you were found guilty), and how old you were when you were arrested.

In general felonies (called Superior Court criminal charges in New Jersey) in New Jersey cannot be expunged until 10 years after you have completed your sentence.
