Legal Question in Criminal Law in New Jersey

I have a Felony that is Withheld Judication on Medical Drug Fraud. This happened when I was working for a Doctor and I called in a medicine for my mother without the dr. knowing. So I had probation for 1 year and the just gave me withheld judication. This was a state charge in FL. My question is can I still become a doctor after this felony charges ? Would I still be able to practive medicine ? Please help....Thanks!

Depends on the State where you are seeking to be licensed.

You may want to consult an attorney to clear your ineligibility prior to your application for licensing..

What is your status now? How far along are you.

I handle professional licensing issues.

Best of luck to you. People make mistakes, but hopefully your abilities when a future caregiver and physician will far outweigh your error in judgment.
