Legal Question in Criminal Law in New Jersey
My fiance has applied for ISP in New Jersey. He has gone through the whole review and interviewing process. It came down to him receiving a letter saying he was denied or a letter with a court date. He received the court date and I was just wondering what percentage of inmates, who receive court dates to go in front of the resentencing panel, actually get approved for ISP?

I would say that it is rather high. Of course, much depends on the attorney and how he or she has dealt with the case and how the case is presented to the panel.
