Legal Question in Criminal Law in New Jersey
my fiance just paid the camden nj courts for some watrents that were for loitering what is thw tealistix time frame for hi, to get a court date and ow soon from the date the bIl is posted is the court date. I am out of state with a very sick daughter and need to know in order to make decisions regarding her care.

This question should be posed to the court administrator of the court. It is a matter of how many officers are involved on the complaints filed against your fiance and when they can all come to court to resolve the cases. The Summer is a time for police vacations.

THe court schedules when cases are heard, but in the past my experience has been that these type of cases are scheduled within 60 days of the posting of the bail.
