You could contact the County prosecutor's Office in the County where the Complaint was filed or the Municipal Court to find out if it will remain in County Court or has been sent back down to the Municipal Court in the town where the matter originated. eventually, the Court or the Prosecutor should contact you at some point as you are the Complaining witness and the Prosecutor cannot proceed without you. However, try contacting the County Prosecutor because they should be able to tell you the status of the case and if the County will keep the case or refer it back down to the Municipal Court. good luck
