Legal Question in Criminal Law in New Jersey
Need help to find out what is considered intrapment!!!
I was called by a firned he asked me to get him some cocane. I coulkd not get ne for him so i stopped by his house to let him no and it turns out that the cops raided his house and he was tring to set me up and the cops locked me up and said they found cocane on me. When i walked up to the door i saw that it was kicked in i stepped off the steps and then got tackled by the task force through the door and into the house. Is it legal for the cops to pressure some one who is a subject of a search warrent to call some one up and have them come over to there house, which is in a school zone and 500ft of public park. It turns out that on the actuall warrent it says that who ever is in the house at the time can be search and locked up. Does that also include trickjing people to the house. If possible i would be very happy if you could provide me with another case that has simular situation. If you can I would be very happy.Im pleading for you to help me with you leagl knowledge. Please email me at [email protected]

You have a very serious charge and should consult with an attorney personally. We would be happy to talk to you.

There are numerous ways to try and beat the charge against you, but how to proceed would depend on a through review of the evidence against you by a trained lawyer with experience in criminal defense work. There is no one specific case covering all entrapment scenarios - each one is fact specific. I will tell you though that the potential penalties you are facing are very serious and you should definitely not proceed without the help of a lawyer. I am an attorney who has handled many cases similar to yours in various courts throughout New Jersey in the past. Please contact me to discuss your case in more detail. There is never any charge for simply talking to me about a case. Thank you.
