Legal Question in Criminal Law in New Jersey
a fine or ticket.
I have a ticket for blocking a passage way, and i pleded not guilty but at this moment i am not in the USA.My court day is on the 12 of december.My family will be present for me.Now what will be my worst thing that could happen.And as far as my fine being paid it will be paid for. And another question will i be able to find a job on a military base knowing that i am on trial ?please answer back as soon as possible. thank you

blocking traffic is a nonmoving violation with a fine of less than $100.00. You should call the court and ask if you can plead guilty by affidavit and whether the Court will mail you their form for same and advise of the amount of the fine so that you can mail the signed and executed form back with a check to pay the fine.
