What are the possible fines for a 2C:33-15A charge for a 15 yr old first time.

It is a disorderly persons offense, which has a possible maximum fine and jail sentence of $1,000 and six months. The fine can be no less than $500.

I assume the case is in Juvenile Court.

If you are convicted yo are looking at a minimum fine of $500.00 plus various other mandatory state monetary assessments that could range up to a few hundred more dollars.
