Re: Fines
It is a disorderly persons offense, which has a possible maximum fine and jail sentence of $1,000 and six months. The fine can be no less than $500.
I assume the case is in Juvenile Court.
Call me if you like.

Re: Fines
You should be more concerned with your child getting a criminal record than paying fines. Call me at 732/247/3340, I have an office in Toms River.
Re: Fines
If you are convicted yo are looking at a minimum fine of $500.00 plus various other mandatory state monetary assessments that could range up to a few hundred more dollars. I am an attorney who has handled many cases similar to yours in various courts throughout New Jersey in the past. Please contact me to discuss your case in more detail. I never charge for simply talking to a person about their case. Thank you.
