fines in NJ Municipal Courts
Can a Municipal Court impose a DEDR (Drug Enforcement) fine for possession of paraphenalia or are DEDR fines reserved exclusively for cds possession charges?

DEDR is for any offense under the chapter for drug offenses, including that charge.
