You have been eligible to expunge the record of your arrest and the charge from the time of your acquittal. You can expunge your record in several months.
Call me if you like.
I'd be happy to help you. Call me at 732/247/3340 to discuss.
The fact of your arrest is still on your record because it is true - you were arrested. However, you say its not fair for that to follow you around since you were cleared. That is where the expungement process comes in - you can have the arrest removed from your record. I recommend you contact an attorney , since you are eligible right now. Call me if you would like to discuss it further at 877*688*3879.

Please contact my office to discuss how to clean your record. I never charge for just talking to a person about their case. Thank you.
