Legal Question in Criminal Law in New Jersey

I have a friend who was arrested in Atlantic City for Resisting Arrest. She was given a Complaints Summons. Will this arrest show up at her place of employment? They get bulletins on all the employees if there is an arrest, but since she was only given a summons will that change things?

i really think she should have a lawyer. There is the possibility of downgrading the offense and perhaps get her into a diversion program where in it could be expunged eventually.

I welcome you to look at my web site www.saulhsegan.com

Although she was not arrested per se, she does have a criminal charge against her that will require her to go to court. This will show up on her criminal case hostory even though she was not taken into custody at the time. If she is convicted of resisting arrest she will have a criminal record. She needs a lawyer to assist her in every step of this process. Please contact my office to discuss this case in more detail and to see hwo I can assist her. Thank you.

Sincerely yours, -Ronald Aronds, Esq.- (908) 272-0111
