Legal Question in Criminal Law in New Jersey

Hello, If my friend and I got arrested for possession of marijuna ( we only had less than 1 gram on us) and drug paraphenelia, can i tell he officer that my friend had nothing to do with it and that he didnt even know about it, can his charges get dropped?

Probably not because it would be tough to speak to the officer but if even if you could, you can tell the officer one thing and then change your mind in court. Hire an attorney and he or she will take care of it for you. You do not need a criminal record. Call me at 732/773/2768.
