Legal Question in Criminal Law in New Jersey
What should my friend got arrested for stealing from Shoprite twice and had 3 warrants on 11/8/15 should he pay the fine of $580 now to get out of jail or stay in jail longer until his court date on 11/17/15 because the judge may give him credit for time served in jail
