Legal Question in Criminal Law in New Jersey
my friend recently had pain prescriptions stolen from him. As he had a warrant at the time he did not want to go to the police station to report his scripts stolen. the doctor told him he had to present a copy of a police report so like a dummy he faked one. Now he has detectives calling him stating that he needs to come in and surrender himself and im trying to find out what charges if any will be brought against him.
