Legal Question in Criminal Law in New Jersey
my friend is 18 and he never been in trouble in his life. His friend stole purse out of this house. my friend had nothing to with it. He tried to stop them but they did it anyway.So my friend left to go home cause he didn't want to be with them. They told him about it. Now he being charged with conspiracy of burglary and theft. What will be his consequence if he never got in trouble before with no criminal record before

If he gets a good attorney, there is a good chance that nothing will happen to him. If not, well, you get what you pay for.
