Legal Question in Criminal Law in New Jersey
A fro was entered against me, my roommate had something to do with the final decision, after court I gave him a month to find a new place to live. Well, he found one sooner and on his last night here, he took my phone while I was sleeping and called the victim purposely to get me in trouble, I was arrested the next morning , I have court next week, what can I do?
