Legal Question in Criminal Law in New Jersey
My girlfriend was on ISP. She overdosed in her bathroom. Her step brother called police and they gave her narcan. She went to the emergency room and I picked her up the next morning. She called her ISP officer and he had her locked up in the Middlesex county adult corrections center. Hey won't give her any information on a hearing and she is going crazy. What can I do to get the hearing date? This occurred July 13, 2016
