Gun Strategy

Please advise on what gun strategy is in a criminal felony offense. The individual was apparently arrested by NTF in possession of drugs, a gun and a bullet proof vest. Where does gun strategy fall into play with this.

Lawyers generally use the same terms and are ususlly easy for me to understand. Nonlawyers sometimes use terms which are new to me. "Gun strategy" is new to me.

Possession of a gun calls for enhanced penalties when it is part of another crime such as possession of drugs with the intent to distribute same. Also the term "NFT" is new to me. I know of the federal agency known as AFT which stands for alcohol,firearms and tabacco.

In any event the person arrested might be viewed as aq dangerousd person by those in law enforcement.

The person so arrested would be in a great deal of legal trouble.

Gun Strategy is essentially meaningless for you. It should really say gun tracking instead, as it is used only by the city of Newark for certain types of cases where a gun is present. The cases are generally heard on a certain track (for scheduling purposes) with all of the cases going in front of the same Judge.

Back to your case, this person has some serious charges pending and I suggest they get a good attorney.
