Legal Question in Criminal Law in New Jersey
Help
There is this guy who keeps calling my husbands cell phone and place of employment and he is calling my cell phone and place of employment plus our house line...
He also drives around our development. My husband has seen him.
He talked to my husbands boss (at least 8 times meaning calling) and told his boss that he had taken some pills. He than had to take a urine test and he came back clean.
This is just getting out of control..
Any suggestions?
Thank you

Re: Help
It sounds like harassment which is a criminal offense. File a criminal charge against him. His making undesired, multiple phone calls to you is a form of harassment. Also you can sue him for defamation.

Re: Help
Just pick up the phone and call the police. I suggest you gather all the phone records or other information you have and present it to them, even if its after you sign the complaint.
