Legal Question in Criminal Law in New Jersey

Harrassment complaint against wife and I

What should I do after my ex-wife has filed a harrassment complaint against me for arguing with my 15 year old son during a phone conversation where profanities were exchanged between my son and I. She also filed one against my current wife for threatening her, which is totally fabricated I have joint custody and i am afraid to have contact with him for fear of more false harrassment charges. What are my rights as non custodial parent.

You need to take action right away. The best defense is a good offense. I suggest you get the same attorney to handle both matters. You will need an attorney that handles both criminal law and family law.

I handle both. In fact, its pretty much all I handle so call me at 732/247/3340 to discuss the case.

I would suggest you file charges against her and that she should have to pay your attorneys fees for all of this.
