harrassment
The teacher sued me for harrassment after she told me to call her using her cell phone. She sued me using school adress instead of her residential adress. Can i clain that the suit is frivolous because she does not want to use ther correct adress?

Re: harrassment
I suggest you get an attorney. If someone tells you to contact them in one fashion it is almost impossible for it to be harrassing if you use another. Now if you called multiple times or something like that, it may be, but otherwise, no.
My initial consultations are always free, so call me at 732/247/3340 to discuss your case.
