Heroin in essex county

I was just caught buying 2 bricks

and 1 bundle of heroin thats 110

bags from newark we are from pa

me and my friend the co defendant

were just wondering if we should

split the amount say we went half

or should one of us take the charge

we both have clean adult records!

they also caught the dealer along

with us we were chargeed w

Until you have an attorney evaluate your case keep your mouth shut. Do not discuss your case with your friends and acquaintances, even your girlfriend or your wife, if you can pull that off. The quantity you were buying makes you a dealer, too.

Bad news: the quantity you were caught with means that you were probably, or probably will be, charged with possession with intent to distribute. Serious penalties.

I should tell you that the 2C:35-5a charge is the really serious one charging that you possessed more than five ounces of heroin with the intent to distribute same. It is a first degree crime, having a maximum sentence of twenty years.
