Legal Question in Criminal Law in New Jersey

I was placed under house arrest for no reason i feel. i got a letter in the mail stating that i did not have to go infront of a judge. then when i get there and talk to the probation officer she then told me i would be in no trouble and that i would just have to do probation and community service. then she comes out and says i have to go infornt of a judge. then i did and the judge put me on house arrest and would not explain why. i am facing two minor charges that should not have resulted in house arrest. i have been on it for two months now and have been to court 5 times and they still continue to keep the braclete on me. can you help me find a way to get it off it is driving me mentally insane. i have adhd ocd odd and depression disorders this effects all of them
