If you are talking about a house invasion where one or more of the occupants is held against his or their will, the charge could be false imprisonment
or even kidnapping which are very serious charges.

House arrest is a sentence, not a type of crime. You have to commit some type of crime to be sentenced to house arrest. Please contact me to tell me the facts of your situation. I never charge for simply talking to a person about their case. Thank you.
