Legal Question in Criminal Law in New Jersey

My husband was arrested for choking me. I placed a restraining order on him and out of vengenance lied and said i assualted him. I never placed a hand on him how will this play out in court?

The court (judge) will listen to all the evidence, including the testimony of both you and your husband and then make his decision based on all of the evidence presented.
