Legal Question in Criminal Law in New Jersey
My husband violated the TRO(called me and left me voice mail).He was arrested for that.I bailed him out.Now he is facing a 4th degree offense.what will be the sentence.Will he be sent to jail.Will he loose his job.I am in H4 my kid is a US citizen.what do I do.My husband is paying the bills.Pls guide me
