Is it illegal in the state of New Jersey for a male who was sixty years of age to have sexual relations with a woman who was eighteen years old but had an I. Q. of only (say) 10 points?

Maybe/ The problem is that of diminished mental capacity may be deemed by the court to be witrhout the capacity to consent to sexual ilntercourse. Call me at 800/273/7933.
