Re: improper behavior

An attorney can appear on your behalf and work out the case so you don't have to come back up here. I do it all the time with clients from across the country. I handle cases in East Rutherford and have one next week.

My initial consultations are always free, so call me at 732/247/3340 to discuss your case.

Re: improper behavior

You should hire an attorney to attempt to resolve the matter without your coming to court, perhaps by using

an affidavit from you approving his acting on your behalf and in your absence.

Call me if you like.
