My husband was accused by my son that he punched him, later my son told me he didn't he was just mad at him because he told him to stop playing video games. I told the prosecuter but they refuse to drop the charges and my husband is in jail with a very high bail. what should I do first?

Re: Indangering the welfare of a child
First, it should be determined if bail could be reduced. If yes, the appropriate motion should be made. Also, your husband could qualify for a 10% of the bail amount. After he's out, the case will progress and it is very detail specific. He should really hire an attorney as it is a serious accusation. You can call my office to discuss.
