Indictable criminal offence

If co-defendant 1 is accused of selling a CDS and co-defendant 2 is accused of distributing it to the buyer, do both co-defendants' have to be named on the prosicutors' office certified laboratory report of the CDS analysis? Keep in mind the two parties are being charged as co-defendants.

The complaint number or the case # assigned should be reflected on the lab reports. Sometimes there are no names on the reports only numbers. The offenses you are referring to are very serious offenses, you need to speak to a criminal defense attorney.

I have been a criminal defense attorney since 1992. I am a former state of NJ public defender. I will be happy to give you a free phone consulation at 201-646-9600.

Each case has a number which is printed or written on all evidence relating to it. The number of the evidence must be given in the report of forensic analysis. You may call me at 800 273 7933 or visit my website by clicking on www.garymooreattorneyatlaw.abn1.net/home.asp.
