How much jail time or are there any other options (example:PTI) for a 1st time offender. This person was not told what was being received?

You have been indicted for manufacturing, distribution or possession of a controlled dangerous substance with intent to distribute same; conspiracy (which I assume relates to the commission of the first offense charged and simple possession of a controlled dangerous substance.

You entitlement to probation or first offender treatment depends on what the drug is and the quantity of same

alleged.
