Legal Question in Criminal Law in New Jersey

Innocent Until Proving Guilty?

My son 15 has been accused of a sexually crime. Only accused. The State of N.J. has kept him on house arrest since Dec 12 2003. He is juvenile and can only leave the house to see a Doctor or Lawyer. He is on the HEDS program with an ankle braclet on him. I won a Court order to have him leave the house with me this past week. Heds has gone agaisnt the Court order and said he is not permitted to sit outside on his back porch in any way shape or form, or they will removed him from my home. I feel his rights are being violated. I was told by the HEDS program my son has to obey the same Laws as the children in Harborfields corrections. The children in Harborfields play football, basket Ball and go outside under supervision. I have been in my home with my son every day since Dec 12 2003. I thought the Law was Innocent until proving Guilty? Where would I find the Law to review. Are his rights being Violated under the Constitution Of America. My son is being treated as if he is guilty.

The judge's order governs. You must have the judge who issued the order resolve any lack of compliance with his order.
