Legal Question in Criminal Law in New Jersey
International Travel
I am on parole for 5 years. My job is telling me I need to go from NJ to France for business. My lawyer said the judge in my case did not restrict my travel. My parole office says I need a motion from the judge getting authorization. My lawyer wants $1,500 to file the motion. Do I have any options?

Give your lawyer the money and stop screwing around. You seem to have a good job and protecting that job should be your first priority. Don't be penny wise and pound foolish.
