What is involved in getting charges that were dismised, expunged off your record.?

A petition for expungement must be filed with the Superior Court. If the charge was dismissed and all information is accurately outlined in the petition than there is very little chance that expungement will not be granted. The process can be a bit tricky however with the drafting of paperwork and proper service to all parties. Feel free to contact us for more information. 609/964/0900
