Legal Question in Criminal Law in New Jersey
I was involved in a drud raid and was found to have 5 grams of powder cocain on my possession. I was charged with simple possession. But i also have a prior that happened in 1995 that i served 18 months for. Ive been working on my job for 14 years and have had no trouble until now. Anyway I can get out of this and keep my job ? Its a 3rd degree crime.
